On each page of our site you can find our fast search bar at the top below the main menu. This search bar is powerful consumer search tool allowing you to jump right in and look at homes that match your criteria in various areas in San Diego. The tool bar will retain your choices with regards to city, beds, baths, square footage and price. You can change these at any time and use them as a creative tool in your search. When you see the icon it means you can name and save this search and keep it for later reference when you revisit the site. This is a lot of fun becuase it saves time and gets you to the latest listings again and again without the trouble of researching.

Ideas for Effective Searching of the Sandicor MLS

1) Start with all your criteria in the tool bar selecting a city that interest you
By starting with all your criteria (wishes/wants) in a home and selecting a specific city you can get down to the real homes of interest. Consider changing bed and bath choices if nothing suits you. Some of our loyal customers tell us they like to change the city and see how the market changes the size of home they can afford!

2) Searching maximum square footage
A loyal customer of ours said he liked to select a city and then a square footage amount that was much bigger than he thought he could afford. We tried it ourselves and were amazed at the result. There were affordable homes with much larger floor plans hiding in the results. Again be creative.

3) The Price is Right
When searching consider upgrading your price point from time to time. Our system tries not to exclude properties close to your maximum price but it is always a good idea to just look. In the event that a property does not exist with your criteria in a specific price range you will notice that our system will apply your criteria to homes greater than your maximum price to reveal a result for your review! Try this, you will like it and it will further add to your search experience.
